a)
Leaf 2 closure stop plate identification
:
Give the step command
(A)
holding it down until leaf
(2)
reaches and pushes for a few seconds against the closure stop plate. When the lea
(2)
has identified the closure stop plate the red LED
(DX)
only remains lit.
b)
Leaf 1 closure stop plate identification
:
Give the step command
(A)
again, holding it down until leaf 1 reaches and pushes for a few seconds against the closure stop plate. If the
closure stop plates have been correctly identified, the red LEDs only remain lit on the control unit.
A) SINGLE LEAF ‘ONE TOUCH’ PROGRAMMING
a)
Press , the red LED on the right-hand side will remain lit.
b)
Press ;
c)
Press the step command key
(A)
on the radio control: the automation will perform, in sequence, a closure, an opening, a closure.
d)
Having completed the self-programming, with the gate(s) closed the two green LEDs flash and the red one remains lit.
The automation is now in
semi-automatic
mode by default.
Perform standard installation if you are dissatisfied with the result obtained.
B) SINGLE LEAF STANDARD PROGRAMMING
a)
Press , the red LED on the right-hand side will remain lit.
b) Closure stop plate identification:
Give the step command
(A)
, holding it down until the leaf reaches and pushes for a few seconds against
the closure stop plate. While the leaf closes, the two right-hand red and green LEDs flash, when the leaf reaches the stop plate the red LED
only remains lit.
If the closure stop plate has been correctly identified, the red LEDs only remain lit on the control unit.
corsa di apertura. Se il finecorsa di apertura è stato appreso correttamente sulla centrale rimangono accesi solo i led rossi.
The automation is now programmed. The automation is now in
semi-automatic
mode by default.
If you are dissatisfied with the result obtained,
reset the control unit
and repeat procedure from start.
N.B.
• During the movement of leaf 1 the lateral LEDs on the left-hand side will flash alternately.
• During the movement of leaf 2 the lateral LEDs on the right-hand side will flash alternately.
c)
Opening stop plate identification:
Give the step command
(A)
and release, the leaf opens until it reaches and pushes for a few seconds
against the opening stop plate.
If the opening stop plate has been correctly identified, the red LEDs only remain lit on the control unit.
d)
Give the step command
(A)
and release, the leaf closes until it reaches and pushes for a few seconds against the closure stop plate.
When the leaf has reached the closure stop plate, check that the two green LEDs are flashing and that the two red LEDS are lit.
The automation is now programmed. The automation is now in semi-automatic mode by default.
If you are dissatisfied with the result obtained, reset the control unit and repeat procedure from start.
ATTENTION: to regulate the leaf force and speed refer to the FORCE FUNCTION and OBSTACLE DETECTION FUNCTION chapters. The
fitter must compulsorily perform the measurement of the gate’s impact force. For this purpose refer to the EN 12445 standard which
specifies the equipment to be used to perform opening and closure force measurement and the points in which the forces must be
measured and the direction of measurement.
B) STANDARD PROGRAMMING
c)
Identification of staggering and opening stop plate
:
Give the step command
(A)
and release, the leaf
(1)
will open. When it reaches the point at which one also wishes to open leaf
(2)
(opening
staggering) give the step command
(A)
and release: leaf
(2)
will open.
The two leafs will now continue to open until they reach and push against the opening stop plates for a few seconds. If the opening stop plates
have been correctly identified, the red LEDs only remain lit on the control unit.
d)
Identification of closure staggering
:
Give the step command
(A)
and release, the leaf
(2)
will close. When it reaches the point at which one also wishes to close leaf
(1)
(closure
staggering) give the step command
(A)
and release: leaf
(1)
will close. The two leafs will now continue to close until they reach and push
against the opening stop plates for a few seconds.
e)
When both leafs
(1)
and
(2)
have reached the closure stop plate, check that the two green LEDs are flashing and that the two red LEDs are lit.
2.3.1.2 Single leaf gate
There are two initial programming modes available:
a)
‘ONE TOUCH’:
automatic programming in which the various operations are performed automatically with default settings established by
LIFE. This mode is recommended for lightweight leafs and openings of up to 90°.
b)
STANDARD:
the initial manoeuvres are controlled by the fitter.
