Leaf 1 closure stop plate identification

:

       Give the step command

 again, holding it down until leaf 1 reaches and pushes for a few seconds against the closure stop plate.  If the 

       closure stop plates have been correctly identified, the red LEDs only remain lit on the control unit.

A) SINGLE LEAF ‘ONE TOUCH’ PROGRAMMING

a)

    Press      , the red LED on the right-hand side will remain lit.

b)

    Press       ;

c)

    Press the step command key 

(A)

 on the radio control: the automation will perform, in sequence, a closure, an opening, a closure.

d)

    Having completed the self-programming, with the gate(s) closed the two green LEDs flash and the red one remains lit.

The automation is now in 

semi-automatic

 mode by default.

Perform standard installation if you are dissatisfied with the result obtained.

B) SINGLE LEAF STANDARD PROGRAMMING

a)

    Press       , the red LED on the right-hand side will remain lit.

b)    Closure stop plate identification:

 Give the step command

 (A)

, holding it down until the leaf reaches and pushes for a few seconds against 

       the closure stop plate.  While the leaf closes, the two right-hand red and green LEDs flash, when the leaf reaches the stop plate the red LED

       only remains lit.

       If the closure stop plate has been correctly identified, the red LEDs only remain lit on the control unit.

 and release, the leaf opens until it reaches and pushes for a few seconds 

       against the opening stop plate. 

       If the opening stop plate has been correctly identified, the red LEDs only remain lit on the control unit.

d)

    Give the step command 

(A)

 and release, the leaf closes until it reaches and pushes for a few seconds against the closure stop plate. 

       When the leaf has reached the closure stop plate, check that the two green LEDs are flashing and that the two red LEDS are lit. 

The automation is now programmed. The automation is now in semi-automatic mode by default.

If you are dissatisfied with the result obtained, reset the control unit and repeat procedure from start.

ATTENTION: to regulate the leaf force and speed refer to the FORCE FUNCTION and OBSTACLE DETECTION FUNCTION chapters. The 

fitter must compulsorily perform the measurement of the gate’s impact force. For this purpose refer to the EN 12445 standard which 

specifies the equipment to be used to perform opening and closure force measurement and the points in which the forces must be 

measured and the direction of measurement.

Identification of staggering and opening stop plate

       Give the step command

 and release, the leaf

 will open. When it reaches the point at which one also wishes to open leaf

       The two leafs will now continue to open until they reach and push against the opening stop plates for a few seconds. If the opening stop plates

       have been correctly identified, the red LEDs only remain lit on the control unit.

Identification of closure staggering

:

       Give the step command

 (A)

 and release, the leaf 

(2)

 will close. When it reaches the point at which one also wishes to close leaf 

(1)

 (closure 

       staggering) give the step command 

(A)

 and release: leaf

 (1)

 will close. The two leafs will now continue to close until they reach and push 

       against the opening stop plates for a few seconds.

    When both leafs

 have reached the closure stop plate, check that the two green LEDs are flashing and that the two red LEDs are lit. 

2.3.1.2  Single leaf gate

There are two initial programming modes available:

a)

    

‘ONE TOUCH’:

 automatic programming in which the various operations are performed automatically with default settings established by

        LIFE. This mode is recommended for lightweight leafs and openings of up to 90°.

b)

    

STANDARD:

 the initial manoeuvres are controlled by the fitter.
