INTERVENTION HACCP ALARMS
If a HACCP alarm intervenes due to the lack of power supply, the main
screen will display a flashing warning with the alarm type. The buzzer will
activate and the temperature will be displayed alternatively with the
symbols HT or LT depending on the temperature reached in the cell.
The control is equipped with an alarm relay, which activates a distance
warning system.
Select menu 1 to access information on the nature, duration and maximum
temperature reached.

If the alarms do not return, the type of alarm
in course will be displayed.
After changing the values, press key
twice to exit the menu or do not operate.
ALARMS / FAULTS
In case of a failure or a signal, the display flashes indicating the nature of the
event. If the failure probe intervenes, the acoustic buzzer will activate.
Press
key to silnece the buzzer and if the alarm is returned, the display
disappears on the screen.
Each event is registered. On the “Service” screen, assistance is available by
inserting a password and all alarms can be visualised with respective date and
time.
ALL Sonde Chambre
The alarm appears if the cell probe is faulty.
In this case, the appliance functions according to the work percentage
preset. The screen will remain active until the fault has been repaired.

High Temp. Cell
Appears if the temperature does not reach that set in the predetermined
times

Low Temp. Cell
The alarm appears if the cell temperature drops 4°C below the superior
temperature, with respect that set for a predetermined time.
ALL Evap Probe
The alarm appears if the evaporator probe is faulty. In this case, only timed
defrosting is carried out “intelligent” ones are excluded.

ALL Low T Evap
The alarm appears if the temperature drops below 25°C with respect that
set. This may happen when the cell fan is blocked, or for excessive ice
present in the evaporator.

ALL Cond Probe
The alarm appears if the condenser probe is faulty. In this case, the
condenser fan functions in parallel with the compressor even in the case of
low temperature. The screen will remain active until the fault has been
repaired.

ALL High T Cond
The alarm intervenes if the temperature limit exceeds 58 °C. This may
happen when the fan is blocked or as a result of high room temperature. In
this case the compressor is stopped until the value 45°C is reset.

ALL Cond Dirty
The alarm appears when the temperature is higher than 15 °C with
respect normal functioning conditions. This may happen when condenser
filters are dirty but can also activate when the room temperature is high
CLEAN THE CONDENSER/AIR THE ROOM.
IF THE ALARM PERSISTS, CALL THE AFTER SALES SERVICE.
ALL Door Open
The alarm appears if the door remains open for more than 4 minutes, the
buzzer with ring.
ALL High Press
The alarm appears if the pressure exceeds the level set. If a pressuregage
is available, the alarm forbids the outputs of the compressor relays and the
condenser relay is forced on. The buzzer with ring.
ALL Use Compres
The alarm appears when the compressor exceeds the maximum daily
percentage of work. [parameter=R07]. The buzzer with ring.
ALL Time Out Def
The alarm appears if the evaporator has not managed to clean itself within
the time set. It may happen, for example, if the door has accidently been
left open for a long period of time or if the defrost resistances are faulty.
CARRY OUT MANUAL DEFROSTING AND IF THE PROBLEM
CONTINUES CALL THE AFTER SALES SERVICE.
Set Clock
The alarm appears if power supply has been removed for a long period of
time .
Set the time and date. The back up battery will recharge within 3-4 days.
If the alarm persists after this period of time,
CALL THE AFTER SALES SERVICE.
Use Comp.
The alarm appears if the compressor function exceeds 90% of the use
time of the appliance. This may happen if, the efficiency of the system is
reduced or for bad operation conditions.
THE MESSAGE CAN BE DELETED BY SWITCHING OFF/SWITCHING
ON AGAIN THE CARD. CALL THE AFTER SALES SERVICE.
