ACD - Enables the ACD Agent feature for the Phone. When both the Line and
Phone ACD activity are enabled, the Agent status can be controlled with the “ACD
Agent” button assigned to the LIP Phone. The Agent may check-in/out and set
available/unavailable status. The Line LED will display the Agent status: Green
On=available, Red flashing=unavailable, and Red On=checked out.

ACD Primary Line – Specifies the Primary Line associated with the ACD agent for
the LCD display of ACD status and Softkey display while idle.
o
Change the status to – The Agent can be automatically placed in an unavailable
state after a call is completed or missed (unanswered). For changing the status
after a completed call a “Wrap-up” timer is defined (0-999 seconds), after which
the Agent returns to the Available status. The “after completed call” box must be
checked to activate the Wrap-up timer.

Centralized Conference

Enables or diables Centralized, server controlled and processed conferences.
When enabled, the Server is expected to provide a single RTP stream for the
conference. When disabled, the separate RTP streams are provided for each
participant and the Phone must process the the RTP streams.

URL - When Centralized conference is enabled, the URL of the conference server
can be defined.
To modify a parameter:
1) Select the parameter, and modify the value.
2) Select the .. button.
Changing the proxy server address, proxy port by line and outbound proxy, backup
proxy, VMS address or local UDP port requires a reboot of the LIP-6812/LIP-6830;
when you leave the menu, you will receive a Reboot notice.
