Speed function mode
Description of Speed function mode
In Speed function mode, the halogen heating element at the top of
the oven is periodically activated. With the Adjustment dial, you can
choose between two possible functions(Speend roast & Speed grill).
Speed roast
For Speed roast, the top heating element and
concealed element below the oven cavity are used. In
addition, this mode uses the convection fan. The
preset temperature is 190°C.
Speed grill
In this mode, the grill element and the fan are on and
the Halogen heating lamp will also operate
periodically. With this function there are no grill level
settings available to you. The entire top heating
elements are used in conjunction with the Halogen
heater, which cycles on and off.
