Network scanning overview
In addition to copy and fax functions, the OptraImage office solution lets you
scan documents back to your PC or to e-mail and FTP destinations on your
network.
The easiest method for sending a one-time scan job is to create a scan profile. PC
scan profiles let you send scanned documents in a file back to your PC. E-mail
scan profiles let you send the scanned documents attached to an e-mail, or store
them on a Web site and send only a Web link to the e-mail recipient.
