Check the CMY developer drive motor assembly for proper
connection.
Is the above component properly connected?
Replace the CMY
developer drive
motor assembly.

Replace the
connection.

Does the error occur when the power is turned off/on?
Replace the lower
printer engine card
assembly.

1. Enter the Diagnostics Menu.

Trans belt fail HP.

Is the transfer belt torn, damaged, or missing?
Replace the
transfer belt.

persists, go to the
next step.

Perform a POR.

print tests.

persists, go to the

Did the error occur following a developer unit replacement?
Verify the
developers are
installed correctly.
