Paper jam in the optional trays

Open the side door of the specified optional tray.

Grasp the jammed paper on each side, and then gently pull it out.

Close the side door.

From the printer control panel, touch

Continue, jam cleared

250 paper jam

Push the paper pick tab, and then remove all paper from the multipurpose feeder.

Warning—Potential Damage:

Pulling the paper out, without pushing the paper pick tab first, may cause the

paper pick tab to break.
