After the reload is complete, log into the switch by using the default user
admin
with the default password

Enter configuration mode (config). Copy the active configuration to the running
configuration by using the
copy active-config running-config
admin-pw-bypass
command.

Use the
show run
command to confirm the configuration is recovered. Set the new
admin and enable passwords. Save the running configuration to startup
configuration.

Make sure the boot configuration ‐ block is active. If it is not active, change the boot
configuration ‐ block with the following command:
Boot Management Menu
I - Change booting image
C - Change configuration block
R - Boot in recovery mode (xmodem download of images to recover
switch)
Q - Reboot
E - Exit
