11.  Gently pull the M.2 solid-state drive out of the slot. 

To install the new M.2 solid-state drive in the internal-storage-drive bay, do the following: 

1.  Align the notch of the new M.2 solid-state drive with the slot key in the M.2 slot. Insert the solid-state 

drive into the M.2 slot at an angle of about 20 degrees until it is secured tightly

and then pivot it 

downward
