Configuring the Number of Spanning Tree Groups
The
maximum
number
of
Spanning
Tree
Groups
(STGs)
available
on
the
switch
can
be
configured
to
be
either
128
or
256.
The
following
command
displays
the
current
maximum
limit
of
STGs
on
the
switch
and
the
maximum
limit
configured
after
the
switch
reloads:
show
boot
spanning
tree

otherwise,
all
STP
instance
configuration
may
be
lost
after
reload.
