Remote control and/or tilt switch (accessories) can
be connected to the light source via the socket (8).
If the remote control is connected, the LCD display
shows the note "REMOTE" (22). The electronic
luminous intensity setting is now carried out via
remote control, and the luminous intensity control
(3) is deactivated.
Remote control and tilt switch allow switching the
light source to "STANDBY" mode to protect the
halogen lamp. A corresponding note (21) appears
on the display.
Please always observe the following rules:
In "STANDBY" mode, the instrument is not dis-
connected from the power supply system. Supply
voltage continues to be present at the transformer
of the light source! Connecting and disconnecting
the remote control (or the tilt switch) from the light
source should only be carried out when the
instrument is switched off.
