3.4.1 Activating presets
The active preset is shown at the top of the Presets tab, next to the light bulb.
There are 3 ways to activate presets
:
1. Touch one of the preset virtual buttons on the Presets tab.
2. Touch the Off and Full buttons on the Presets tab.
3. Press the preset number on the Infrared Remote.
When a preset is activated, the Preset tab shows the preset’s fade time counting down to zero. When
lights have reached the levels defined by the preset, the fade is complete. If a zone level is manually
changed while a preset is fading in, the fade will end immediately and the changed zone will be at its
new level.
To shorten the fade time without changing the stored fade time, re-activate the preset while it is fading
in. Every time the preset is re-activated, the fade time is cut in half. For example, if the fade time of
Preset 1 is 10 seconds and virtual button Preset 1 is touched, touching it again will reduce the fade
time to 5 seconds.
If a preset has been configured with outputs, the outputs will occur when the preset is activated, but
not for a reactivation of the same preset.
3.4.2 Storing preset levels and colors
Intensity levels and colors may be set for presets 1 through 18 and Full. Use the Zones tab.
Set zones to the desired levels by activating a preset or manually changing the zone levels.
Set zone colors by touching a red-circled zone name.
On the top of the Zones tab, select the preset you want to save to.
Touch the Store button.
If the station is locked, enter the unlock code and touch the Store button again (section 3.2).
Following the steps above, a preset’s levels and colors can be completely redefined, slightly modified,
or copied to another preset.
