Back-Up Controls
The oven is equipped with back-up
controls. This is used only when there is
an issue with the electronic controls.
During normal operation, these control
should be set to “Off” and the dial
thermostat should be rotated fully
counterclockwise.
To use , turn the electronic controls off
by pressing the on/off button or the red
button in the left corner of the touch
screen. (If the back-up control is
equipped with a key switch, turn it to
the right.)
Set the “Lights & Rotation” switch to
“On”. Set the “Heat & Blower” switch to
“On”. Turn the thermostat dial to the
desired temperature. Note that the dial
is graduated in degrees C. Use the notes
on the panel below the dial to select the
degrees F equivalent.
To steam when operating with the back-
up control, close the door and press the
“Steam” button for the appropriate
number of seconds.
Do Not Press steam
for more than 20 seconds each bake.
To vent when operating with the back-
up control, open the door slightly about
half way through the bake.
To time the bake, use a watch or other
timing device.
When done , turn the oven off with the
two toggle switches and set the back-up
thermostat to the minimum setting.
