above 40 PSI
when not
steaming and
above 25 PSI
when
steaming
For Normal Operation, the gas
valve and the circuit breakers
should all be turned on and left
on.
The gas valve is on when the
handle is in line with the pipe, as
shown.
The circuit breakers are on when
the knob is turned to straight up
and the switch handles are up.
The heat sequence lights will turn
on in sequence when the
thermostat control turns the heat
on. If a light does not turn on, it
indicates a fault that will not allow
the oven to heat.
