Grease Lubrication Points
Refer to Figure 7-4
King Pin
Grease front King Pins once every 12 months:
One Grease zerk for each front King Pin.
Type of Lubrication: Multi-purpose grease.
Quantity = Add grease until grease begins to emerge
from either the top or bottom bushings.

Master Cylinder Brake Fluid

Fill cap location: Located on the driver’s side of vehicle
mounted to battery support bracket. (see Figure 7-3)
Type of fluid:
DOT 3
Quantity: Fill to line on reservoir.
Brake Fluid Maintenance Schedule
•
Check fluid reservoir every 100 hours.
•
Fill reservoir immediately if low or if brakes begin to
fade.
Brake Fluid Visual Check and Fill
Refer to Figure 7-3
The master cylinder fluid reservoir is attached to the
battery support bracket on the driver’s side of the vehicle.
Visually inspect fill line located on reservoir by looking
under the driver’s side wheel well. Add DOT 3 fluid to the
reservoir through the front grill opening, see Figure 6-1 on
page 21, with a tube inserted in the reservoir and a funnel
attached to the tube.
