Using the probe to determine whether salt is present
By programming the SA salt alarm parameter to the CO value, the salt detection check will
be activated via the ECO GREEN controller conductivity sensor. If, during regeneration, the
sensor does not measure the conductivity peak relating to the detection of brine in the drain,
at the end there will be a salt alarm.
Operation during a power cut
The following conditions may arise when there is a power cut:
During stand-by, during parameter restore or during statistical analysis
In all these cases, the module returns to stand-by and displays the clock with battery icon on
to indicate there is no mains power. If there is a power cut during parameter restore, the
system will restore the current status without saving any changes made. When power is
restored, you will have to go back to parameter restore and make the changes again.
During regeneration cycle movement or end of cycle search.
In this case, the controller continues to display the current step, the battery icon is on to
indicate that the mains power is off, the rotating bar is locked to indicate that the motor is off.
When mains power is restored, the motor starts again and will complete the movement.
During regeneration cycle pause
In this case, the controller continues to display the current step, the battery icon is on to
indicate that the mains power is off, the pause timer is stopped. When mains power is
restored, the pause timer will resume and the system will move onto the next step.
During an alarm
In this case, the module continues to display the alarm and the battery icon is on to indicate
that the mains power is off. The controller will remain in alarm status until the mains power is
restored.
