INCRV
Configure Input Curve Number
Input: INCRV <input>, <curve number>
Returned: Nothing
Remarks: Specifies the curve an input uses for temperature conversion.
<input> Specifies which input to configure.
<curve number> Specifies which curve the input uses. If specified curve parameters do not
match the input, the curve number defaults to 0. Valid entries: 0 = none, 1 -
20 = standard curves, 21 - 60 = user curves.
Example: INCRV A, 23[term] - Input A uses User Curve 23 for temperature conversion.
INCRV?
Query Input Curve Number
Input: INCRV? <input>
Returned: <curve number> . Format: nn[term]
Remarks: Returns the input curve number. See the INCRV command for parameter descriptions.
<input> Specifies which input to query.
INSET
Configure Hardware Input Setup Parameters
Input: INSET <input>, [<enable>], [<compensation>]
Returned: Nothing
Remarks: Configures hardware input setup parameters.
<input> Specifies input to configure.
<enable> Specifies whether the input is allowed to be read.
<compensation> Specifies whether to use compensation for this input. Valid entries: 0 = off,
1 = on, 2 = pause. Field is only valid with NTC resistor or special.
Example: INSET A, , 1[term] - Turns on compensation for Input A.
INSET?
Query Input Hardware Setup Parameters
Input: INSET? <input>
Returned: <enable>, <compensation> . Format: n,n[term]
Remarks: Returns input hardware setup parameters. See the INSET command for parameter
descriptions. <input> specifies which input to query.
INTYPE
Configure Input Type Parameters
Input: INTYPE <input>, [<type>], [<units>], [<coefficient>], [<excitation>], [<range>]
Returned: Nothing
Remarks: Configures input type parameters.
<input> Specifies input to configure.
<type> Specifies input sensor type (Paragraph 5.1.1). Valid entries:
0 = Special 5 = Platinum 1000 10 = Germanium
1 = Silicon Diode 6 = Rhodium Iron 11 = Capacitor
2 = GaAlAs Diode 7 = Carbon-Glass 12 = Thermocouple
3 = Platinum 100 (250

<units> Specifies input sensor units. It is a predetermined value based on <type> . If it
is supplied, <type> = 0 (Special). Valid entries: 1 = volts, 2 = ohms.
<coefficient> Specifies input coefficient. It is a predetermined value based on <type> . If it is
supplied, <type> = 0 (Special). Valid entries: 1 = negative, 2 = positive.
<excitation> Specifies input excitation (Paragraph 5.1.4). It is a predetermined value based
on <type> . If it is supplied, <type> = 0 (Special). Valid entries:
0 - Off 3 - 300 nA 6 - 10 µA 9 - 300 µA 12 - 1 mV
1 - 30 nA 4 - 1 µA 7 - 30 µA 10 - 1 mA
2 - 100 nA 5 - 3 µA 8 - 100 µA 11 - 10 mV
