PROGRAMME 10 - YOGHURT
YOGHURT - Time to make 10 hours
The bread maker maintains the ideal temperature (approx. 38 °C) for the given time to
allow the yoghurt cultures to grow. With this programme the processing time can be
adjusted from 06:00 to 12:00 hours (1 step - 10 minutes). Set the required time with the
“TIME” button and confirm it by pressing the START/PAUSE/STOP button. When you press
the START/PAUSE/STOP button again, the programme will start.

WHAT YOU DO
Put the ingredients into the bread pan in the order above.
Close the lid.
Press MENU and select programme 10 YOGHURT.
Press START/STOP.
The programme will continue and will beep 10 times to indicate that it has finished.
Press START/STOP and open the lid.
Remove the bread pan and leave to cool and refrigerate.
WARNING:
Do not keep yoghurt in the refrigerator for more than 4 days after you have
made it. Do not use expired milk in the appliance, only use fresh ingredients.
