PROGRAMME 3 - SWEET
SWEET BREAD
This is a delicious recipe to serve as a weekend breakfast treat - fresh or toasted. You can
brush the top of the baked loaf with a little warmed honey.

Salt
2 teaspoons
2½ teaspoons
3 teaspoons
Sugar

¾ cup

Strong white bread flour
4 cups
5 cups
6 cups
Milk powder
3 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
Instant yeast
¾ teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1¼ teaspoons
WHAT YOU DO
Put the ingredients in the bread pan as above and close the lid.
Press MENU and select programme 3, SWEET.
Select LOAF SIZE.
Select COLOUR.
Press START/STOP.
At the end of the cycle press START/STOP, lift out the bread pan and turn out the loaf onto
a cooling rack.
Recipe suggestion: Add nuts, cranberries and orange zest to the recipe.
