PROGRAMME 4 - WHOLE-WHEAT
WHOLE-WHEAT BREAD
This bread uses half wholemeal strong bread flour and half white strong bread flour. You
can use all wholemeal flour but the result will be denser in texture.
Additional ingredients may be added during this programme see page 17.

You can add additional ingredients to brown bread - seeds and grains are particularly good.
These can be added at the beginning of the programme with the other ingredients.

WHAT YOU DO
Put all the ingredients in the bread pan as above.
Close the lid.
Press MENU and select programme 4, WHOLE-WHEAT.
Select LOAF SIZE.
Select COLOUR.
Press START/STOP.
At the end of the cycle press START/STOP, lift out the bread pan and turn out the loaf onto
a cooling rack.
