PROGRAMME 6 - DOUGH
PIZZA
Use this programme to make the dough for all sorts of recipes and then bake in
the conventional oven. Alternatively, make your bread dough, remove the kneading
paddles, reshape the dough adding any additional ingredients and then select the BAKE
programme to bake the recipe in the bread maker.
This 1000g basic dough recipe makes 3 x 20cm pizzas or 3 large pizzas.
Time to make dough: 1 hour 50 minutes.
Baking time in conventional oven: 20 - 25 minutes.

WHAT YOU DO
Put all the ingredients for the pizza base in the machine in the order above.
Close the lid.
Press MENU and select programme 6, DOUGH.
Press START/STOP.
