PROGRAMME 12 - CUSTOM
When you have become very proficient and have mastered the art of bread making you
may wish to change the way the bread maker prepares and cooks your loaf. The CUSTOM
function allows you to set your own timings to produce a loaf to your own specification.
The programme allows you to reset kneading, rising, baking and keep warm times.
The time range for each programmes stage is as follows;
Select the CUSTOM programme with the MENU button.
This programme also allows you to set the crust darkness. You can choose this option at
the beginning or at the end of your settings with the COLOUR button.
By pressing the SIZE button, select the given processing phase and set the required time
with the TIME buttons (the time digits are flashing). Confirm the time set with the SIZE
button (this will also switch over to the next preparation phase).
Set all the processing phases in the same way. When the time is set and confirmed for
the last processing phase, the time digits will stop flashing and the total time of the
programme set will be shown on the display. The phase being set is indicated on the
display. In this programme, you cannot set the loaf size.
