PROGRAMME 8 - CAKE

TEA LOAF - Time to make 1 hour 50 minutes approx.

Ingredients

Quantity

Melted butter

3 tablespoons

Caster sugar

1 cup

Eggs

Self-raising flour

3 cups

Instant yeast

1 teaspoon

Dried mixed fruit

50-80g

WHAT YOU DO

Put the ingredients into the bread pan in the order above.

Close the lid.

Press MENU and select programme 8 CAKE.

Press COLOUR and select LIGHT, MEDIUM or DARK.

Press START/STOP.

When alerted add the mixed fruit.

The programme will continue and will beep 10 times to indicate that the cake is ready.

Press START/STOP and open the lid.

Remove the cake from the bread pan and leave to cool.
