NOTE
The parameters in Machine Setup are set by the
manufacturer. It is normally not necessary to change the
default settings. Please consult a Laguna Tools technician
before making any changes.
Pulse Equiv (Pulse Equivalence) - Set the number of pulses sent to the motor for every 1 mm of
movement
Table Size – Establish the machine table size as the soft limit values to prevent overtravel.
Spindle Setup – Set the Spindle Delay and Spindle State.
Spindle Delay – Set the time delay in microseconds between reading the file and starting or stopping the
spindle.
Spindle State – Set the signal control parameters of the spindle.
Home Setup – Set Home Speed and Home Order.
Home Speed – Set the spindle speed for each axis. Default X/Y speed: 3000 mm/min, default Z
speed: 1800 mm/min.
Home Order – Set the sequence in which the spindle homes.
Home Direction – Set the positive or negative direction for each axis.
Toolset Setup – Set C.A.D. Position, C.A.D. Thickness, and Toolset Speed.
C.A.D. Position – Set the placement of the Z-Axis.
C.A.D. Thickness – Set the thickness of the Touch-Off puck. Default is 25.000 mm.
Toolset Speed – Set the speed of the Z-Axis during toolset operations.
Accel (Acceleration) – Set the acceleration speed. Default acceleration is 800 mm/s 2 .
Start Spd (Start Speed) – Set speed of skip and completion.
Voltage Setup – Set input and output terminal status.
Max Spd Limit (Maximum Speed Limit) – Set the maximum speed of the router head. Default X/Y
speed: 60,000,000, default Z+: 1800, default Z-: 3000.
