From the main menu bar, select Save As. Save the file as “WeldingRobotXY” where XY are your

initials. Save the file in your folder on the desktop.
When the program runs, the motor will rotate clockwise until the home position switch I1 is closed by the
red block that presses against it. When it does, the motor will turn off and wait for someone to press the
Start Button I8.
When that happens, the motor will turn on and the welding arm will rotate counterclockwise to the number
of switch pulses the I2 reads back to the interface. There are three welding stations. The arm will rotate to
each having a different pulse count. As it reaches a station, the lamp will light, simulating welding sparks,
for a second then the arm moves onto the next station. When the arm has reached the last welding
station, the motor will change direction to return the arm to the home position. The program will then wait
for someone to press the button again.
Now you can select Run on the tool bar. Make sure you have a blinking light for the interface (USB

or COM port only). No lights should be on by the program button. If there are, press that button a
couple of times until the lights go off.
When you are done, stop the program, disassemble the model, and return all the parts into the

trays.
Select File from the menu bar and then Exit.
