Add Contact to Favorites
1. At the contacts list, touch and hold a
contact.
2. Touch Add to favorites .
To remove the contact from favorites, select
Remove from favorites .
Edit a Contact
1. At the contacts list, touch and hold a
contact.
2. Touch Edit contact .
3. Change the contact information as needed.
4. Touch
Done to save.
Delete a Contact
1. At the contacts list, touch and hold a
contact.
2. Touch Delete contact .
3. Touch OK to confirm.
Find a Contact
1. At the contacts list, press the Menu key.
2. Touch Search .
3. Enter letters to search by name. As you
type, the screen displays contacts that
match the typed letters.
Display Only Contacts with Numbers
1. At the contacts list, press the Menu key.
2. Touch Display options .
3. Touch Only contacts with phones to only
display contacts that have phone numbers.
A check mark indicates
Only contacts
with phones is enabled.
4. Touch Done to save.
Sort Contacts
1. At the contacts list, press the Menu key.
2. Touch Display options .
3. Touch Sort list by .
4. Select a sort option from the list.
5. Touch
Done to save.
Set Contact Display
1. At the contacts list, press the Menu key.
2. Touch Display options .
3. Touch View contact names as .
4. Select a display option from the list.
5. Touch
Done to save.
Add Contacts from an Account
1. At the contacts list, press the Menu key.
2. Touch Accounts to access your account
settings.
3. Touch Add account .
4. Select an application or account type.
5. Complete the settings as needed. You may
need the applicable user name and
password for the account.
