Share a File
1. At a file list, touch and hold a file.

3. Select a sharing option from the list.
4. Complete the appropriate task to share the
file.
Share Multiple Files
1. At a file list, touch and hold a file.
2. Touch other files to select them. A check
mark indicates a file has been selected.
Touch again to remove a check mark.
3. Touch Share .
4. Select a sharing option from the list.
5. Complete the appropriate task to share the
file.
Rotate a File
1. At a file list, touch and hold a file.
2. Touch
Rotate Left or Rotate Right to
rotate the file 90 degrees.
Crop a File
1. At a file list, touch and hold a file.
2. Touch
Crop .
3. Touch the highlighted border to display the
crop tools. Crop the file as needed. To keep
the aspect ratio when cropping, touch and
hold one of the four corners.
4. Touch Save to save the cropped file.
Assign a File
1. At a file list, touch and hold a file.
2. Touch
Set as .
3. Select how you want to assign the file.
4. Complete the appropriate task to assign the
file.
View File Details
1. At a file list, touch and hold a file.
2. Touch
Details view the file details.
3. Touch OK to close the detail screen.
Delete a File
1. At a file list, touch and hold a file.
2. Touch
Delete .
3. Touch OK to confirm.
Delete Multiple Files
1. At a file list, touch and hold a file.
2. Touch other files to select them. A check
mark indicates a file has been selected.
Touch again to remove a check mark.
3. Touch Delete .
4. Touch OK to confirm.
