Change Input Method
1. When entering text, touch and hold the
entry field.

Thread List Options
Create a Message
1. At the threads list, press the
Menu
key.
2. Touch
Compose
.
3. At the compose screen, enter a recipient’s
phone number or email address. You can
also enter a contact name.
4. Enter a message. Touch and hold the text
entry field to access more text entry
features.
5. If applicable, press the
Menu
key to access
more message features.
6. When done, touch
Send
.
Find a Message
1. At the threads list, press the
Menu
key.
2. Touch
Search
.
3. Enter characters into search field.
4. Touch
Search icon
to start the search.
Messages that match your search are
displayed on the screen.
View a Thread
1. At the threads list, touch and hold a thread.
2. Touch
View thread
to view the list of
messages.
View the Sender
1. At the threads list, touch and hold a thread.
2. Touch
View contact
to view the sender
contact information.
Add Sender to Contacts
1. At the threads list, touch and hold a thread.
2. Touch
Add to Contacts
to add the sender
to your
Contacts

Delete a Thread
1. At the threads list, touch and hold a thread.

View Thread Options
Reply to a Thread
1. When viewing a thread, enter a message in
the text entry field at the bottom of the
screen. All thread recipients are included in
the reply.
2. When done, touch
Send
