Vor endgültiger Befestigung der Hydraulikleitung, muss auf eine ausreichen-
de Schleifengröße geachtet werden. Die Schleifengröße muss so gewählt
werden, dass diese über den kompletten Arbeitsbereich des Federbeines
nicht gespannt oder abgeknickt werden kann.
Before final fixing of the hydraulic line, a sufficient loop size has to be
achieved. By choosing the size of the loop you need to make sure that the
complete work area of the strut won't be kinked or bent.
Hydraulikleitung (1670
mm) am HLS Ringzylin-
der mit der mitgelieferten
Hohlschraube und 2 Dich-
teschieben montieren.
HLS Ringzylinder so posi-
tionieren, dass dieser mit
der Hydraulikverschrau-
bung zum Fahrzeugin-
nenseite zeigt.
Hydraulikleitung mit Be-
festigungsbinder Edge
Clips entlang der Karos-
seriekante verlegen. Ka-
belbinder erst nach voll-
ständiger Leitungsverle-
gung festziehen
Mount the hydraulic line
(1670 mm) on the HLS
Ring cylinder with the
supplied hollow bolt and 2
gaskets.
Mount the HLS ring cylin-
der line connection inside
slantwise facing the front
of the vehicle as shown
on the picture.
Fix the hydraulic line with
the supplied edge clips on
the chassis.
Tighten the cable ties af-
ter completion of the full
cable laying.
