Knife replacement
Untighten the spring
The knife is spring loaded. Always untighten the spring before
handling the knife. Serious injuries can be caused.
Wear safety gloves
The knife is very sharp. Always wear safety gloves when handling the
knife. Not wearing safety gloves can cause serious injuries.
In case of a dull knife, it can be exchanged.
> Switch off the electronic control system
> Shut down the tractor engine
> Remove the ignition key
> Use the triangle to untighten the spring
> Remove the protective hood
> Loosen the bolts
> Take out the dull knife
> Place a new knife
> Tighten the bolts
> Mount the protective hood
> Use the triangle to tighten the spring
