Adjustment of the compensation springs

Fig. 63:
The compensation springs (1) on the right and left side of the machine pull the EasyCollect in
central position when the front attachment is lifted.
The compensation springs must be set to

dimension a=30mm

.

If the spring tension is not sufficient to adjust the EasyCollect in central position, or if the spring
tension has been set too high so that the EasyCollect cannot swing, the spring tension can be
increased or reduced via the spring length.

Increase dimension a

=> spring tension is reduced

Reduce dimension a

=> spring tension is increased

To do this:
•

Move the EasyCollect to the working position

•

Switch off the forage harvester engine and remove the ignition key.

•

Increase or reduce dimension a with the setting screw (3).
