device, the Guarantor has the right to charge the Customer with costs related to the complaint notifi-
cation. application and operating conditions must be in accordance with this manual. It is forbidden to
modify or make any changes to the design. The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty for the device
from the date of purchase on its proper operation. The purchaser is required to read the operating
instructions and these warranty conditions.
The warranty shall be extended by the period from the date of making the complaint to the date of
notification to the purchaser that repairs have been carried out. This time will be confirmed in the
warranty card. any damage resulting from improper handling, storage, improper maintenance, not
complying with the conditions specified in the user’s manual and operating instructions and due to
other reasons not attributable to the manufacturer, will invalidate the warranty, if such damage contri-
buted to changes in the quality of the product.
COMPLAINT
Complaints can be submitted via the form on the website under „knowledge and assistance” or by
email to reklamcje@kratki.com. Please attach proof of purchase to the submitted claim. Submission
of this documentation is necessary to process any claims. The claim will be processed within 14 days
from the date of its written submission. all modifications, alterations and design changes will void
the manufacturer’s warranty immediately. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by
improper use in accordance with the above operating instructions or use inconsistent with the inten-
ded use of the product. In case of complaint regarding the above mentioned product, the purchaser
is obliged to deliver the product complete and secured in a manner allowing for safe transportation.
Incomplete and dirty articles will not be accepted.

In order to constantly improve the quality of its products, Kratki.pl marek Bal reserves the right to
modify the devices without prior notice. The above warranty provisions in no way suspend, limit or
exclude the consumer’s rights of non-conformity of the goods with the contract resulting from the
provisions of the act of 27 July 2002 on specific conditions of consumer sale.
