use of unapproved liquid fuels or other flammable agents for firing up the appliance! The use of flam-
mable substances not intended for use in barbecues may cause burns, fires, poisoning of the food
being cooked or damage to metal surfaces!
KIT CONTENTS - FIRST UNPACKING OF THE PURCHASED DEVICE
If any damage or shortages are noticed during shipment inspection, please contact your authorized
dealer. Please make sure that all items in the kit have not been damaged in transit. The inspection
should take place in the presence of the supplier.
SITE SELECTION
- When using the grill must be on a solid, level and non-flammable ground in a sheltered from the
wind.
- It is forbidden to use the grill in the open air during precipitation - during a downpour or strong wind.
- Storing the heater outdoors is allowed when covered with a dedicated rain cover, or other cover,
waterproof tarp. Otherwise, the unit should be in a location where it is protected from flooding.
- Leaving the unit unprotected will result in damage to the unit.
- Position the grill at a safe distance from flammable objects such as branches, wooden fences or floors,
fuel depots, garden furniture, etc.
- Never move the grill when it is already lit - risk of burns or fire!
SAFE USE OF THE GRILL BEFORE GRILLING
- Clean the grill plate and grate by washing it with hot water and dish liquid.
- Protect the grate with fresh cooking oil .
- use protective/kitchen gloves when grilling.
- use long enough grilling accessories (tongs, spatula, etc. ).
- use only approved solid and liquid firelighters complying with EN 1860-3 for lighting.
- Keep a safe distance from hot parts as contact with hot parts can lead to burns.
FUEL
- The device is designed to burn hardwood, charcoal and charcoal briquette.
OPERATION - GRILLING
- Caution: When using the grill for the first time, it should be preheated and the fuel kept alight for at
least 30 minutes before the food is placed on the grate.
- do not cook food until the fuel is covered with a layer of ash

- When using the stove, make sure that it is well lit.

- Never overfill the fire bowl above the declared load, barbecue temperature may be too high, it may

- Be careful not to overfill the firebox with ash during use.

AFTER THE GRILLING
- Wait until the fuel has burned out and the grill is completely cooled.

extinguisher is recommended for extinguishing.
