Programming troubleshooting
The following Section handles some cases where something goes wrong with the On
System Programming process.

Fail to establish connection with the serial port.
- Check if the cable is connected between equipment and PC.
- Check that jumpers of PROG connector are where they suppose to be.
- Decrement RS232 baud rate.
