IPI BOARD REMOVAL
1.
Use remote to turn fireplace „OFF‟.
2. Remove contemporary frame. Refer to page 20 if necessary.
3. Shut off gas supply at manual shut-off valve.
4. Disconnect gas line flex tube from manual shut-off valve.
5. Unplug all components from electrical outlet, disconnect all
wiring harnesses attached to gas valve.
6. Remove glass frame assembly. Refer to page 11 if necessary.
7. Remove fireglass.
8. Remove screw securing burner assembly to back wall of
firebox. Remove burner assembly by lifting up and to the
right, releasing venture from burner orifice. Remove burner
assembly from firebox.
9. Remove halogen bulbs.
10. Remove (7) screws securing control board to firebox bottom.
Lift control board up and out of firebox being careful not to
damage sealing gasket lying underneath.
CAUTION: If fireplace has been burning, use appropriate protection to avoid burns or damage to personal property before removing any
components.
