This function is to record setting information of main parameter.
During record, if pressing key for 3 sec, after recording setting

information of each menu, recording PV again.

Record parameter: Tag name, Input, Unit, Range, Scale, Alarm mode,

Alarm setting value, Communication function
When starting record, parameter setting information is able to be

recorded according to printing the setting list parameter.
