2.
Set the working mode to P mode (heavy-duty operation
mode).
Warm up the hydraulic component quickly.
For the details of the working mode setting procedure, see
“WORKING MODE SELECTOR SWITCH (3-46)”.
3.
Move lock lever (2) slowly to FREE position (F).
4.
Raise the bucket from the ground.
5.
Turn fuel control dial (3) to a point of 2/3 between Low idle
(MIN) and High idle (MAX).
6.
Operate the work equipment to warm up the hydraulic
components.
NOTICE
When the work equipment is operated, take care that it
does not interfere with the machine or ground.
1) Move right work equipment control lever (4) slowly in
the direction to pull in bucket (D). Operate the lever to
the end of its travel and hold it in position for 30 sec-
onds.
2) Move right work equipment control lever (4) slowly in
the direction to push out bucket (C). Operate the lever to the end of its travel and hold it in position for
30 seconds.
3) Next, move left work equipment control lever (5) slowly in the direction to pull in arm (B). Operate the
lever to the end of its travel and hold it in position for 30 seconds.
4) Move left work equipment control lever (5) slowly in the direction to push out arm (A). Operate the lever
to the end of its travel and hold it in position for 30 seconds.
