9.1 About this manual
This manual describes the AKMH ( A dvanced K ollmorgen M otor H ygienic) series of syn-
chronous servomotors (standard version). The motors are operated in drive systems
together with Kollmorgen servo amplifiers. Please observe the entire system documenta-
tion, consisting of:
— Instructions Manual for the drive
— Bus Communication manual (e.g. EtherCAT)
— Online help of the amplifier's setup software
— Regional accessories manual
— Instructions Manual of the AKMH series of motors
