5.5.4 Disassembling the injection-pumps
1. Remove the fuel rail ( F ).
Important
• Make sura that the injector gaskets remain in position.
2. Unhook the spring ( L ).
Important
• If injector pumps are to be used during installation,
do not loosen the screws (L1) in order to not balance
injector pump deliveries during tuning.
3. Unscrew the screws ( M ).
4. Remove the connecting rod ( M1 ).
5. Dismount the injection-pumps ( N ).
5.5.5 Disassembling precombustion chamber
1. Disconnect the electric cable ( P ).
2. Remove the preheating glow plugs ( Q ).
3. Unscrew the ring nut (

) using the special pin wrench
“7107-1460-027”.
