9. Care and maintenance

Disassemble the knife magazine daily and clean
with a steam jet outside the machine. To disman-
tle, loosen the star handles (9-6/1) and turn the
magazine upside down.

The metal sheet can now be removed.

To install, perform this operation in reverse.
