Open the protective doors.
Insert the knife magazine into the grinding
machine.
Close the protective doors.
Press the “Start / Stop” button (7-3/1).
The grinding program starts automatically.
The machine picks up one hand knife after the
other, measures the blade profile, grinds the left
and right knife flank respectively, polishes the
blade, checks the sharpness (optional), and finally
places the knife back in the magazine.
ATTENTION
After grinding, clean and disinfect the hand
knives again.
Then check the sharpness.
