3. Remove the axle assembly from

the Tiller/Cultivator

4. Place two wheel Assembly onto

the axle Assembly. Please notice

the direction of the wheel

Assembly

5. Fix up the wheel Assembly using

a washer and a screw. Repeat on

other side

6. Attach the wheel cup to the wheel

Assembly. Repeat on other side.

7. Attach the bracket Assembly to

the Tiller/Cultivator. Refer step 3,

step 2 and step 1.
