4. Engine long time storage
Preparation for storage.
Proper storage preparation is the key to reduce problems and keep good appearance. It
could prevent the rusting influence and let the engine start easily for the next time usage.
Cleaning
If the engine stops just now, you should clean it after it cools down for at least half an
hours later. Clean surface of the engine and put lubricant on the surface of those parts
that are easy to get rusted.
Notice
:
Don’t use water to wash the engine in case the water gets into the filter and
muffler, then to cause damage of the engine.

Drain the oil while the engine is still hot, and refill new oil.
