Performs voltage scanning and queries the voltage measurement data.

Returns the measured data in the <NR3> form in response to READ?.
Returns the measured data in the <NR3>, <NR3>... form in response to
READ:ARR?.

Resets the settings to default (the range can be set), performs voltage scanning, and
queries the voltage measurement data.
