
Step 20: Attach Chalk Wall Tarp to Fort
Part 1
A:
On the back of the assembly, from the inside, tuck Chalk Wall Tarp between (1980) Top Front Back and both
(1500) Posts and between (1913) Back Floor and both (1500) Posts. (fig. 20.1)
B:
Make sure Chalk Wall Tarp is smooth and tight. Attach to the outside of each (1500) Post, 1/2” in from the
edge of the tarp, with 4 (S5) #8 x 1/2” Pan Screws (with #8 flat washer) per post making sure that the second
screw from the top is 8” down as shown in fig. 20.2.
C:
Attach Chalk Wall Tarp to (1980) Top Front Back and (1913) Back Floor, from the inside of the assembly and
1/2” in from the edge of the tarp, using 4 (S5) #8 x 1/2” Pan Screws (with #8 flat washer) per board. (fig. 20.2)
D:
Tighten the screws in (1980) Top Front Back and the bolts in (1912) Back Divider from Step 19.
