Characteristics

The InfiniiMax III series probe amplifiers and probe heads are designed to

be used within the temperature range of the 90000-X series oscilloscope.

The only exception is the N5441A solder-in probe head. The N5441A

solder-in probe head temperature range is from –55°C to +150°C for up to

250 test cycles. The N5441A is compatible with the N5450B InfiniiMax

extreme temperature extension cable.
