SiriusXM Operation
Smart Favorites, TuneStart™
Station memory number 1 though 6 of
current band are Smart Favorite channels.
SiriusXM Vehicle Tuner automatically
buffered the broadcast audio content of the
Smart Favorites channels in the background.
You can rewind and replay up to 30 minutes
of any of the missed news, talk, sports or
music content when you tune to a Smart
Favorite channel. (see Replay (P.74) )
When tuning Smart Favorites channels,
songs will play from the beginning of each
track (Tune Start). You can enable/disable
Tune Start. (see TuneStart™ (P.80) )
TuneScan™
TuneScan™ is a feature that plays samples
from the starts of multiple buffered songs
from each of the Smart Favorite channels
that predominantly play music selections.
You have easy access to a large sampling of
music content and can enjoy hearing a full
song when stopping the scan on a song of
interest.

Touch [ ] in the control screen.
The multi function menu appears.

Touch [TuneScan] in the multi function
menu.
The introductions of the songs will be
played in recorded order.

Touch [TuneScan] while your favorite
song is being played.
Scan finishes and continues playing the
song.
NOTE
• To cancel Tune Scan, Touch [TuneScan] for 2
seconds.
After cancel, the channel before starting Tune
Scan will be played.
