Notes for installers boxes contain important information which may primarily be of use during field
installation, rather than during desk-based system design.

1.2 Definitions

In this Engineering Data Book, the term “applicable legislation” refers to all national, local and other laws, standards,
codes, rules, regulations and other legislation that apply in a given situation.
