Assembly
Staff qualifications
Installation may only be performed by qualified personnel.
Installation must be carried out by two people.
Special safety information
Components lying around increase risk of tripping. Risk of injury.
Make sure that components are not left lying around.
Unpacking the care bed
1. Unpack the components.
2. Be careful not to leave the components lying around. Lay card-
board or carpet under the components.
3. Check the delivery contents for completeness (see Section ‘Scope
of delivery’). In case of deviations, contact the manufacturer (see
Section ‘Manufacturer’).
4. Apply the brakes on the castors.
Assembling the care bed
For assembly, you will require a free space of at least
2 m x 3 m.
Use an Allen key to tighten the brass caps (pos. 29).
Mounting the threaded pins
CAUTION!
Moving outwardly opening door. Danger of crushing.
Keep the outwardly opening doors closed when mounting the
threaded pins and keep extremities away from moving parts.
CAUTION!
Protruding components. Risk of injury.
Be careful about protruding components during assembly, such as
threaded pins.
