Then press down the valve spring with the valve
discharger, and then put the air lock clamp into the valve
spring seat
.

：
In order to prevent the valve spring from permanent
deformation, the spring cannot be compressed
excessively.
4.
Check whether the air lock clamp assembly is in right
place
5.
Check the air tightness of the assembled cylinder
head. If there is no leakage, go on next procedure.
Cylinder head cove assembly
Firstly, put the inlet and exhaust swing arms into the
cylinder head cover, and then assemble the inlet and
exhaust swing arm shafts through the cylinder head
cover and the inlet and exhaust swing arm shaft holes in
place. Finally, install the NC250 swing arm shaft
positioning plate bolts into the corresponding holes on
the cylinder head cover and tighten them.

1.
When installing swing arm
shaft, keep trimming side faced
the suspension hole of cylinder
head cover.
2.
After the cylinder head cover
is installed, rotate the swing arm.
Make sure it works well.
